  • Sidewinder Designs warrants that its products will be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

    If a manufacturing defect is identified within this period, Sidewinder Designs will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component at no charge to the customer. To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Sidewinder Designs may request photos or the return of the defective item for evaluation.

    This warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or unauthorized repairs

    • Accidental damage or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product function

    • Damage resulting from use outside of the product’s intended purpose

    This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. Replacement parts or products may be new or refurbished and are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

    Sidewinder Designs’ liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective products. No other warranties, expressed or implied, are provided, and Sidewinder Designs is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.

  • All in-stock items are typically shipped within 5 business days, depending on available inventory. Current inventory status is displayed on each product’s information page to help you plan your order accordingly.

    Sidewinder Designs currently ships only within the United States. Orders placed with addresses outside the U.S. cannot be fulfilled at this time.

    Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email, including tracking information, once their order has been processed and shipped.

  • If you receive an incorrect or defective item, Sidewinder Designs will make it right. We will cover all return shipping costs and ship the correct replacement at no additional charge.

    For all other return reasons, customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:

    • In the same condition as received

    • Unused

    • In the original packaging

    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

    For non-defective returns, a 15% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    How to Start a Return

    To initiate a return, please complete and submit the return request form below. If your return is approved, we will provide:

    • A return shipping label

    • Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package

    Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address and a valid contact phone number. Orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information will not be resent.

    If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, Sidewinder Designs will resend the product free of charge to the customer.

    Sidewinder Designs is not responsible for stolen or missing packages when the carrier provides proof of delivery to the correct address.

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting their items upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@sidewinderdesigns.com within 15 days of receiving the package. We will review the issue and work to make it right.

  • Sidewinder Designs is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not collect any personal information beyond what is necessary to process and fulfill your order.

    All personal information provided during checkout — including name, address, contact details, and payment information — is collected and handled solely within the Shopify platform. This information is used only for:

    • Processing and fulfilling orders

    • Providing order updates

    • Managing customer service inquiries

    Sidewinder Designs does not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to third parties outside of Shopify’s secure services, except as required to complete your purchase (such as shipping carriers).

    By placing an order through our Shopify-powered store, you consent to the use of your information strictly for order fulfillment and related communications.
